Course Kumarita Pot

Kumarita pots were born from my love for cacti and tribal ethnicities. They are wild faces yet their expression conveys calmness and serenity. Over time, they have taken on different shapes and colors, thus also expressing cultural diversity.

I do not aim to create a realistic face, but I do want it to have certain anatomical foundations to appear proportionate and embellished.

Through various techniques, we will build the base to create our Kumarita, and you will learn step by step all the tricks and tools I use to make these sculptures and achieve the final result in a single firing.
